Job Title Project Coordinator
Nature of Work

Serve as a technical lead in the Records Office, backfill transcript articulation, CPP changes, graduation checkout support and validation, share responsibility for transfer transcript articulation, assist with maintenance of the degree audit system

Examples of Work Performed

Essential Duties:
1. Aid in the maintenance of the Transfer Equivalency System (TES) and Transferology
2. Share responsibility for transfer transcript articulation
3. Assist with maintenance of the degree audit system
4. Perform degree checkouts for graduation
5. Oversee email account and make requested Career/Program/Plan (CPP) changes in PeopleSoft
6. Assist Director with day-to-day operations
7. Create eForms
8. Write queries to assist with office functions
9. Receive training from the NeSIS functional coordinators on new and improved technological processes

Secondary Duties:
1. Continually look for methods of improving efficiencies within the Records Office
2. Monitor the transcript request pages and process necessary transcripts for current and former students
3. Assist with graduation communications, practices, and ceremonies
4. Answer general and operational requests for information in person, through email, or over the telephone during the normal course of the business day
5. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree
Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent written/verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
Strong computer skills and familiarity with various software programs
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Ability to educate, consult with, and influence faculty members, staff, and students
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with student information system technology and data entry

Physical Demands

The physical requirements for this position may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the ability to use a computer, calculator, telephone, keyboard, and/or various types of office equipment.  Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written formats and satisfactorily perform the functions of this position.

Salary Information $34,500-$34,500
