Position Information

Job Title Part-time Clerical Position
Nature of Work

This position is designed to temporarily assist the Vice President of Academic Affairs and/or Deans with clerical needs.

Examples of Work Performed

•Identify and take on small projects to fruition
•Review and proofread reports
•Compile and organize evidence/date for various reports
•Work with various faculty/staff throughout the college to organize, transfer, confirm and reformat materials
•Complete tasks within deadlines
•Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

•Experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of VPAA office
•Positive attitude, willingness to learn, initiative, and the ability to work with others
•Attention to detail
•Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

•Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
•Experience in various applications
•Experience in higher education
